Complaint Details
I purchased a wrist watch from their site which claims to send true copy of high end brands like Rado and Rolex. They delivered me a defective product which was reported to them. After this, they entered me into a repetitive vicious cycle of pick ups and namesake replacements, in which they have been continuously sending the same product with one defect or the other. They are sitting on my hard earned Rs 8000/- since August and claim to have a no refund policy. I have exchanged more than 70 e-mails and they pretend to be concerned about a grievance, but actually they are not. As they are not competent enough to issue a single product in proper working condition, I would like to report them as online scamsters. Please help me get my money back and expose these fraudsters.
