I had booked the cab by MakeMyTrip for 26th December morning at 6am from Bangalore to Goa.As per the rules they gave me driver details before 2 hours of departure, but drive could not be contacted in his number. While after long talks with Company Costumer care,they concluded that they can not do anything. We were with two kids age of 6 and 9. Moreover hotel was booked at Goa. While making last call to Company Costumer Care Driver called us and we said now driver is calling us wait. But after talking to the driver we started our journey and then comes To the point of real Colour of MakeMyTrip, without our content they cancelled the booking. Now driver does not want to ahead and company does not want rebooked the cab. What is thing they want to do cheating or United driver and company wants to make more money from us.At last company came to the point that the driver shall take us to the Destiny in his own. Now driver is charging us pay money for this and that for example toll taxt and so on. And the harassment from driver side you are in trouble because company has cancelled the booking.
