Complaint Details
I have ordered a product which was shown as in "Image1.jpg" in "TheOneDay.in" site. However, they have given complete different product (Image2.jpg) which is very poor in quality. So I have tried to reach customer care of respective site but no number is working and no e-mail is reaching them (they are blocking our emails, see the error attached), even it reached also they are not answering. They are continuously changing their site URL also (same fraud is happening through the sites ReplyTrend.in, Myoutfit etc). They are doing the same thing for thousands of people I guess (see the Image3.jpg -- around 350 people commented that product is poor and cheated by the site, more than 3600 people reacted).
