Please be informed as stated in the bill copy Amul Masti Dahi was not delivered as ordered dahi was out of stock and it was also informed a day prior to delivery. I agreed, as RelianceSmart would refund the amount Rs 65 being the price of it and they would modify the billing total to Rs 1312.17 in place of initial invoice 1377.57 . But doe to error by the operator /data entry personal they have deducted the 7% discount offered on Amul butter priced at Rs 49 as Price/MRP and under savings 0.00 is shown instead of 3.43. But they have shown the same savings down below at different location. Hence their computer calculated refundable amount as Rs 65-3.43 = 61.57 and billed amt thus shown as Rs 1316 Which a gross mistake and company representatives(customer care department ) is not at all accept this computer error and credited this difference to my store wallet with out attributing the valid reason for this credit. Neither they have revised the invoice on doing so. I have also suggested them to show all savings against the product which will show the price of the product which is billed in order to overcome such situation in future and accordingly adjust my invoice. But either they do not why and how Amul butter price should have been Rs 45.57 instead of 49 shown in the bill thus refund initiation of one Amul Masti Dahi is ,by Rs 3.43, due to the reason I mentioned or they are not interested to find out, In case if red brooms were out of stock they would have refunded me what which they are not aware of ( Rs 188 is refundable amount for collected Rs 138 as per the prevailing system) Contact Nos Call Us 8:00 am to 8:00 pm any day of the week, on 022 61 220 220 Email: csmah@reliancesmart.in You are kindly requested to verify and advise the online retailer
