I have applied a fast tag from airtel payment bank application on 27 november 2019.received fast tag on 15 dec.

Registred mobile no is 9896738381.
Then i activated my fast tag from airtel payment bank application.
When i approches toll plaza at chandimandir they said that your fast tag is inactive.
i have already contacted with Customers care they said send mail to wecare@airtelbank.com same has been done from my side they given some step to follow which i have already done ...I have done same exercise 2 time but still there is no resulation ...mail attached for your reference..
Please provide resolution as soon as possible
