Repeated balance is deducted from my account.
Last month they deducted saying i am using international roaming data.Whereas my data is been off from 23 november.After several emails they refunded my some amount.Now on 9 Jan i received message that my caller tune has been activated and 90rs has been debited.On 9 Jan i emailed vodafone customer care stating i need proof that i have requested for caller tune.But no response from past 2 days.
