Complaint Details
Sir I have bought a ajata wall clock from my patym account - mob no- 9783654365 on 11/12/19 of Rs 719.10 paid through UPI and got Rs 100 cash back. I have returned the watch as it was defective and thus patym has initiated a refund of Rs 619.10 through UPI . However , the amount is still not credited to my account. Now after 7 working that is 28th onwards till date i m in contact with bank and Paytm both.But none of them is bringing up the solution to the matter.Patym says they have transferred the amount and gave me the reference number and in case i didn't get the money i should ask the bank to raise a complaint against it and on the other hand when i go to bank for raising a complaint they say they do not have any access to raise a complaint for undelivered third party UPI transaction .

Now i have become a football between Paytm and My SBI Bank Tarapur Branch.
I am unable to recognise who is fooling me and in the process i haven't yet got my money, at the same time i m mentally harrased and financial loss for again and again going to bank to resolve the issue of such a small amount of 619.10

Please help me to regain my refund amount and i claim for compensation from paytm or bank or both , in case whosoever is at the fault.
