Complaint Details
I have ordered 2 items with order number #62414832077. The items were Fish Finger x 1 Rs. 170, Thalassery Chicken Biryani x 1 Rs.195. I got only Biriyani Delivered. The package was also only having the bill of Biriyani. Called up multiple times to customer care. spoke to higher support team. everyone told only regarding mail to support. Did multiple times only the same templated message was received . Then again spoke to customer care . They also said the same thing. I Thing swiggy is cheating customers now. when we order there are multiple items. The restaurant will receive only some items for delivery. They pack and sent that. When we raise a issue for the missing item or wrong item. They tell you to mail. When you mail you get only the template message we will try this will not happen in future. This is the second or third issue i am facing still that is also not resolved. I left that because it was of 50 rs. Now the item amount has gone higher to 170. Thing if they are doing like this for a Swiggy super member. Then thing about others. One more thing if the y are doing like this to atleast to 1 percent of their total users daily they are earning in millions now by cheating. Some times we ignore if it small amount. Even i ignored. think Rs 20 from their 50 Million downloaded apps. it is like In Billions. They are just creating a fraud loop using email. So the people slowly forget this and they stop for this small amount.
