Complaint Details
I had order a Sennheiser CX275S earphone worth Rs. 1248/- which when received was in used and poor conditions so had requested for return and refund of the same.
It was pickup on 6th January, 2020 (return receipt attached) and since than this people say that it is pickup but the status has not been updated, has not been received to them, it may be in transit, we are checking the product, the pickup partner has not updated the status of pick kindly wait for 48 hrs etc etc.
Since 6th January I have been waiting I have also emailed to their help desk and grievance redressal officer but these people do not respond rather ask me to keep waiting and on the contrary they send sms and my calls stating that the pick-up was unsuccessful, we tried reaching you regarding updating about your return, also now they state that the return period is over so you cannot return.
I’m left only with mental trauma as to why did I order from snapdeal they delivered a poor product took it back from me and now they aren’t even refunding my money back instead they are now just harassing me every day a new person calls and just says I will investigate the matter and madam please hold on for 24-48 hr, your refund would be credited but they do nothing of it.
I request you to please resolve my issue and ask them to credit my refund and free me from their harassment and also enforce them with heavy penalty for the frauds they do with the customers.
