Dear sir/madam,
We had bought Racold ESWH 25 liter SERIAL NO-CDR 19 12 25589 on 17/1/2020 from your dealer
And we were told that we have to call on your help line and it will be fixed in 48 hrs In this is Racold Complaint No 160566209. Which we did it on 18/1/2020
Inspite of numerous repeated complaints on your helpline they are not able to fix it till now 22/1/2020 time is 9.40pm which is More then 150hrs . At your help line also I had told operator to accelerate this issue but there was no result till now.i feel this is fraud to your customer to sale your product.i am going to write this on consumer forum and on line media like Facebook page , instagram etc.
We are 2 senior citizens and 2 children who are going to use your product and in this cold we are facing lot of problem from morning to evening.
Finally I am going to wait till 12.00noon tomorrow that is 23/1/2020 or else I’ll fix it with our own plumber and I get compensation for it and will see to it that this type of fraud sale policy from your company is stopped immediately.
