I have purchased Bajaj Majesty glass cook top oven on 25/10/19. Within a month n 24/11/19 , I had to lodge complaint with Bajaj as the small nob could not be moved & gas connection became direct with oven. One mechanic came who broke the nob. Another mechanic came & then there was problem of gas leakage from oven. After lodging another complain another mechanic came & fixed the nob. Now astonishingly the nob came out of the oven on 28/01/20 during cooking while the gas was in full flow. My whole house was surrounded with the pungent smell of gas. I lodged complain after complain after purchase of this product. But no solution. Service of BAJAJ is very poor, harrassing & mala fide in intention. I demand immediate replacement of this faulty product which I purchased with my hard earned money. Cooking in my house is totally stopped for the last couple of days. I have called them several times . Instead of redressing my complain Bajaj is making false promises.
