Complaint Details
I have gone Bazar India ( a unit of MAYASHREE RETAIL INDIA LIMITED),Beltola Guwahati branch on 28/01/2020 and purchase a milton WATER flask with some other goods. When I verified the bill at home on the same day I found that they take MRP 155/- for Milton water flask where its printed MRP is rupees 146/-.So they charge Rupees 9/- more than MRP. When I complain them they give me Rupees 10/- back to me and try to hide the matter from public.. But I refuse to take as they cheated people like this way and if I keep silent they continue such malpractice. So I decide to prefere to complain the matter at your place. I request you to please take the matter seriously as such type of organisation one side make advertisement of discount but another side they charge more than MRP. Government should penalised such organisation and take strict action on them.
