i bought asus max pro m2 on 27th april 2019 from flipkart. i am facing low earpiece volume on some jio to jio after android pie update. i visited jio outlet and they replaced my sim but problem not solved then i visited asus service centre nehru place in october ,november and december total 5 times but problem not solved yet . i talked asus service associated josan and manish but they are delaying . last time i submitted my phone on 20th january and manish told me to wait till 1st feb and now they are saying to wait for few more days. meanwhile i also lodged complain in consumer forum and they lastly told me to visit consumer court for resolution. i do not have enough time to visit court. what should i do now as they have not been able to solve my problem even after several updates . so i asked for refund but they are not ready to refund by saying that your warranty is going to over so we can't refund.
