I’m using Cirrus coir mattress for almost two years now(bought on march 2018). just after 9months of usage (Dec2018), there was some kind of hardball type feel in many areas of the mattress. i have raised a complaint and you inspected and realized the issue and replaced me the mattress on Dec2018.
Now again im facing another issue, ie one side sagging is too high and unable to sleep on the mattress anymore. I have called the same person(Venkatesh) who attended the case initially. He came and checked the mattress again and created an investigation report and went back. But I didn’t get any response so far.
As far as the item bill is concerned it's about 22months old, but the mattress what I’m using is just 12 months old, as it got replaced in-between. I was out of town for 5months (I can provide the proof if required), so the net usage would be about 6months. So within 6months, this kind of deformation should not happen.
I bought this because it states that the item has got Sag resistant. But the product has sagged in such a way that I'm unable to sleep on the mattress.
The issue now is a bit serious and I consider it as product failure, even QC member has accepted the same. So I'm looking for a resolution of the same.
