I want Justice and request to the officers please once again look into the issue on Most Urgent Priority so that the culprit or fraudulent should be caught punished.
I hope the officer will understand my problem and understood that the amount how much meant for me or a middle class person.

This is with the reference of trailing emails; I would like to inform you that the PMO Grievance Registration number PMOPG/E/2019/0679645 is pending since 28th November 2019 and I did not get any suitable and satisfactory response from the competent authority or UCO Bank regarding the said matter yet.
I had sent several emails to the various Government authorities and the UCO Bank email ids as well as ACP Cyber Cell Branch but not received the suitable response from anyone. I am victim and I want justice only. I want that the culprit or fraudulent should be punished.
I want to clarify and I've told many times that I did not share any kind of details, OTP number etc. to the fraudulent as per my knowledge And I’m so aware; then why would I disclose my bank details to other person over the phone call, I am not so much fool.
The amount was transaction by the fraudulent is meant for me and my family a lot, because I am belonging from middle class family and don’t have much salary. I am fighting for my rightful money.
Today this incident has happened to me, it can happen to anyone else tomorrow, so please do the needful and help me to catch the fraudulent.
Hence, it is my humble request to the competent authority please looks into the matter on priority basis for the further course of action. Hope the competent authority will take this matter once again seriously on priority basis and help me to get my amount within a time bound period as it is already delay from August, 2019. I want justice and in future such incidents not happen again with anyone or needy.

Ans. I Umashankar having a saving account No.18250110017098 in UCO Bank branch Ferozeshah Road, Mandi House, New Delhi. Today I had made a transaction through Google Pay App for recharging my Vodafone mobile number but the transaction failed. I called up the customer care of Google Pay no. 9875511485; the name of the executive is shown on true caller app as Mr. Ashok Das and informed him about the transaction I made for the recharge through Google Pay. He gave me instructions that I followed after which four times rupees 4999/- was deducted from my account without my knowledge and information. I called up customer care executive he told me that the deducted amount of total rupees 20,304/- will be refunded within 24 hours. /- Now I have no balance left in my bank account. I received the messages from Google Pay; it’s shown the name of message sender Mr. Jagadish Maity.
I did not share any OTP or any other number details to the caller, but don’t know how he did it. I am totally surprised. I have sent many complaints to many grievances but did not get suitable reply yet.
I belong from a middle class family and not having a high class job, so that money is much for me. So please do the needful so that I can get my money back.
3. Have you made any complaint in any Police Station regarding same matter? If yes, then provide the copy of complaint and I.O. name.
Ans. I have lodged an FIR in Tilak Nagar Police Station, New Delhi. I had a copy of mine, but I got a call from the Dakshinpuri police station, they kept that copy.
4. Any other relevant information regarding your complaint which may help in quality enquiry.
Ans. I have a copy of bank transaction. (enclosed)
5. Have you suffered any monetary loss? If yes, then provide the supportive documents for same.
