This e-mail is regarding expired material received from Labdhi Engineering co. I have contacted them on 3rd February 2020 regarding Loctite 480 20GMS packing quantity 5/- nos. They told me we have stock of that and expiry date is May 2020. I had placed order and transfer payment. After receiving payment they told me, they have current date expiry that is 3rd febuary 2020, other material is at Bhivandi godown. I have confirmed that send current date expiry material as it was urgent. After that they have booked material to nasik. As we have consignment of party to send urgent we had send other material to our customer. As consignment was enroute to other place, we have told them to take material back and replace us material or we will buy any other item. They told we cannot take material back as you have given confirmation. I told them I have given confirmation based on you said that current date expiry 3rd febuary 2020, but when I opened the box it has below expiry date material.

During conversation with them they also told me we have also material without mention expiry date (i.e they are removing mfg and expiry date). They are in practice of selling expiry date material. They are also in the practice of selling material at higher rate than MRP. MRP of Loctite 480 is 1389 they told me MRP is 1420, less : 25%, +IGST.
From, other sources we also found that Loctite has lastly made material of expiry date: 18/03/2020. No other new production had taken by the company. So, this company had done fraud with us by mentioning we have material with expiry of May, 2020.
