Hi,

Due to sheer negligence I had to book 4 different OYO rooms for my guest to stay during their time in Delhi and since the time of the 1st check in it has been sheer harasment in terms of OYO management.

1st Hotel sent the guest away saying they dont take international guest when the website did not mention any such thing.

2nd Hotel Took the booking and payment but then denied when the guest arrived saying the hotel was full. Even after showing a confirmation email the hotel did not give us a room.

3rd hotel gave the room but had no staff to clean the rooms. The guest had to sleep on dirty linen for 2 nights. I had complained to OYO on 1st night itself but they did not solve so ultimately we had to check out and go to another OYO.

Since check out OYO promised that as soon as i check in into another OYO (the 4th one) i will get my refnd, however it has been 5 days now and the refund is not bieng processed. They have sent confirmation emails but now nobody is coming on the phone.

Added to this i have been on hold on the calls for 30 min, 35 min and lately even 50 min. Without anyone even talking.

I need OYO to compensate for the entire time i have spent in this entire process that started from the 4th of Feb and is still going on.
