It's totally fraud and not full filled commitment as described by their executives during my visit to their fraud office address of CBD Belapur (412-413 V Time Square,4th floor, Sec-15, Plot-3, CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra). First of all, they call and give some marketing words and says that you have won the holiday package and attract customers to come to their location and at that location they don't give any holiday package, however they describe other packages of worth Rs. 1.5 lakh and explain a lot. 3-5 executives will explain so many things and so many benefits of that holiday pkg which I see now is just marketing lines and not the reality, it's fraud. They convinced me to buy their initial holiday pkg by telling me other benefits like Super market Voucher of worth Rs. 1500 per month for next 3 years, they said there will be many event vouchers, social even vouchers and holiday pkg, etc, but none of them I received yet after 9 months of login. My main attraction was that I can save some money by getting Super Market (D-mart) Vouchers even if I don't get any holiday pkg, however after they committed of sending the same within 45 days, I am still waiting to receive the same. No response from their side. Now I just want to quit and withdraw from this transaction and want my money back of Rs. 35000 (+credit card charges of monthly payouts), because I feel that this company is totally fraud and not committed. They give marketing dialogues and nothing on ground. If they are doing this in the beginning itself, how they can serve me anything after a year or two down the line. But when I am witting email to them on customerservices@likizoservices.com , there is no response at all on the additional services or not any committed Super Market Vouchers which should have been started from January 2019, but still I am waiting. I request to please help me to withdraw from this transaction and save my money and ask them to stop this fraud things to save many customers' money. Currently, no service from them, no calls received by this company and no email response at all. I have email communication where no response from them.
I have not received any complementary benefits yet (no dmart coupons, no event vouchers) and the current situation is that the contact number, which was provided to give benefits of holiday package to book hotels/logistics, is not working and nobody receiving call at all (emails are also bounced back now). I found this company now is completely fraud and not of use as they have not given any committed thing yet.
I have also made a complaint on “Jago Grahak Jago” (email copy is attached for reference - 9994076).
