Complaint Details
I had booked a flight ticket through Make My trip on the 12th Jan worth 9877. As I didn’t rec a e-ticket called up the hotline and understood from the agent that airline is not issuing the e- ticket and he suggested me to cancel the ticket and mentioned would be getting a full refund.
On cancellation I get a call from other agent mentioning the e-ticket is generated.
When confronted he mentioned he will mark this request and ensured I will get a full refund.
Later get a call from other agent mentioning my issue will be resolved and the complete refund amount will be reflected in my account in 3 working days.
It’s been a month and I am still not getting my refund amount.
I have called numerous time to the centre and they mention the airline is not refunding the money and hence it cannot be refunded and to wait for 24-48 hrs.
Kindly assist to resolve the issue.
