Complaint Details
On 27 Jun 2019 there were 2 fraud transactions which were done on my SBI card as details given below.

Rs 35000 done on www.mobikwik.com at 7.51 pm on 27 Jun 2019.
Rs 15000 done on www.mobikwik.com at 7.53 pm on 27 Jun 2019.

Later on at 7.55 pm on 27 Jun 2019 i received call from number 0124 7108871 from an SBI personnel asking if I had done the above mentioned transactions.
I informed them that these transactions were not done by me and hence i requested them to block my card, which i presume they did.
Please note the credit card was with me at all times when this transaction happened.

Later on I also called SBI call centre number 022 39020202 informing them about the fraud transaction. The SBI personnel asked us to send the proof of the transaction done and also to fill up Transaction Dispute Form.
