Complaint Details
I submitted my device on 20/11/2019 in the service center for charging port replacement and after 2-3 weeks they called and said that the motherboard is not working. I submitted my device in full working condition and now they are saying that I'll need to pay for the motherboard which they damaged. I tried contacting the Nokia customer care as well as the executive but they are not responding properly. Also 2 days ago the service center called me and said that they will repair my device in low cost by getting the parts from a local shop instead of the company. Now why should I pay for the motherboard which they damaged and that too for a local part ? Now they called again and are saying that I submitted dead device for repairing. I have all the call recordings as a proof that I submitted working device. I need replacement for my phone or need compensation. I have attached the device bill as well as the job card of the service center.
