Complaint Details
Referring to the subject matter,

I had purchased a water purifier (Model No- Rivava Next) from Dealer Amruta enterprises Baramati on 22/07/2019 as per attached Invoice copy.

- Since I have a problem with my water purifier I registered a complaint no – 2015212596 and have been taking up the follow-up on call on –186026611177
o The response I get from the customer care team is the service engineer will shortly visit – mostly by tomorrow this will be done . Since I launch a complaint there is no visit made by any service engineer till date.
o Secondly customer care team has stated that the product is not registered with them, I am not very sure why this is happened ? As I have already paid the amount to dealer and the invoice is present with me the product should have been already registered with you without any failure.
 All together this is very poor service level I am experiencing from Eureka Forbes team.
