Dear Team,

Recently the Mumbai metro owned by Reliance, has increased the lead time between two trains from 4 minutes to 10 minutes. Further more they have also reduced the peak time hrs from 8.30 to 10.00 a.m.

This is creating a chaos especially on Ghatkopar station due to the number of passengers travelling during this hours.

The trains are so crowded that it is becoming impossible to travel.

When contacted the customer support they inform us that it's an order from management due to profitability issues.

I strongly request you to please take a note of it and ask the metro team to get back to the original timings and frequencies.

It is a matter of Human rights and Human safety.

Hope to see a support from your end.

P.S. Its worse than how animals are transferred.
