I HAVE BOUGHT TATA NANO TWIST XTA WHITE COLOUR ON DATED 14-JUNE-2016
SINCE THE TIME I HAVE PURCHASED THE VEHICLE, I HAVE BEEN FACING MISFIRING, ENGINE CHECK LIGHT & CLUTCH PLATE PROBLEM.
IN JUST SPAN OF YEARS I HAVE GOT MY CAR CLUTCH PLATE CHANGED MORE THEN 4 TIMES, AND ALO BRAKE PADS HAVE BEEN CHANGED MULTIPLE TIME THE TATA MOTORS AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE " CONCORDE MOTORS (EARLIER) NOW PUNEET AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD SITUATED AT WORLI, MUMBAI
EVERYTIME I HAVE MAE COMPLAINTS TO THEM REGARDING MISSFIRING, NO PICKUP, ENGINE CHECK LIGHT, THEY HAVE CALLED THE VEHICLE TO THEIR WORKSHOP AND KEPT IT THERE FOR ALMOST 1 WEEK EVERY TIME AND MADE A HEFTY BILL ALWAYS AND MADE ME PAY THE SAME. DESPITE ME PATIENTLY PAYING ALL THE BILLS ALWAYS, I AM FACING SAME PROBLEMS AGAIN AND AGAIN
THIS HAVE BEEN MORE THEN 4-5 OCCASSIONS, THAT WE ARE DRIVING OUR VEHICLE AND SUDDENLY THERE IS ENGINE CHECK LIGHT FLASHING ON THE DISPLAY AND THE VEHICLE IS STANDSTILL AS THE VEHICLE IS NOT ABLE TO PICKUP AND ACCELERATE FURTHER
ALWAYS I HAVE BEEN ADVISED BY THEM TO IMPROVE MY DRIVING HABITS AND THAT THE VEHICLE SHOULD NOT HAVE SAME ISSUE AGAIN. BUT AGAIN AFTER FEW MONTHS THE SAME ISSUE COMESUP AND EVENTUALLY I TURN UP SENDING THE VEHICLE TO THE WORKSHOP AGAIN
RECENTLY, I HAVE FACED SIMILAR ISSUE IN MONTH OF FEB 2020. FOR THE SAME THE VEHICLE HAVE BEEN SENT TO THE WORKSHOP AGAIN
THEY ASKED ME TO GET THE CLUTCH PLATE CHANGED TO RESOLVE THE ENGINE CHECKLIGHT ISSUES AND NO PICKUP
AGAIN I HAVE GOT THE SAME DONE FOR WHICH I HAVE BEEN CHARGES RS. 10,000 APPROXIMATELY
I GOT THE VEHICLE AFTER ALOMST 1 WEEK FROM THE SERVICE CENTRE. IMMIDEATLY WITHIN 2 DAYS I FACE THE SAMED ISSUE OF ANGINE CHECK LIGHT AND NO PICK UP. THE SAME HAVE BEEN NOTIFIED TO SERVICE CENTRE AGAIN FOR WHICH THEY HAVE CALLED BACK THE CAR FOR RECHECK
THIS TIME THEY ADVISE ME AGAIN TO IMPROVE MY DRIVING SKILLS
NOW THEY INFOMRED ME THAT SPARK PLUGS NEEDED TO BE CLEANED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE
BUT UPTON MY INSISTENCE, THEY HAVE CALLED THEIR SENIOR ENGINER TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE. THEY TRIED TO CONVINCE ME THAT THE ISSUE HAVE BEEN RESOLVED AND I HSLL NOT FACE THE ISSUE AGAIN
THEY DELIVERED THE VEHICLE AGAIN AFTER 4 DAYS TO ME
IMMIDEATLY THE VERRY NEXT DAY I GOT THE SAME PROBLEM AGAIN
NOW THE VEHICLE HAVE BEEN LYING IN THEIR WORKSHOP FOR ALMOST 8-10 DAYS AND NEITHER TATA MOTORS NOR THEIR AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTRE ARE BOTHERED TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE AND PROVIDE ME A PERMAMENT SOLUTION TO THIS TRAUMA
TATA MOTORS HAVE SENT THEIR TECHNICIAN NAME BHASKAR : +91 7507554288 FROM PUNE TO INSPECT THE VEHICLE
HE HAVE INSPECTED AND TRYING TO AVOID THE FACT THAT THERE IS MANUFACTURING DEFECT IN THE VEHICLE PROVIDED BY THEM
HE ASKS ME TO HAVE FAITH IN TATA MOTORS ENGINEER AND NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE ISSUE SINCE THEY HAVE HELPLINE AND SUPPORT CENTRE TO TAKE CARE OF THE ABOVE ISSUE
THIS PERSON BHASKAR AFTER HEATED DISCUSSION WITH ME ON 25/02/2020 IS AKING ME TO LOWER MY VOICE AND TALK TO HIM ALSO
THESE PEOPLE ARE TRYING THEIR BEST TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER SUFFER BY ASKING ME TO IMPROVE MY DRIVING AND TO BE SOFT SPOKEN AND NOT ARGUE WITH THEM
NOW ITS BEEN MORE THEN 10 DAYS MY VEHICLE IS AT THE SERVICE CENTRE AND THIS TIME I DONOT WISH TO TAKE IT BACK AND FACE THE TRAUMA AGAIN AND ONLY WANT COMPENSATION OF FULL REFUND OF ENTIRE VEHICLE AMOUNT AS FINAL SETTLEMENT AND SOLUTION TO END MY TRAUMA
