Complaint Details
In the past couple of days I have been observing that Swiggy has been playing with customers emotions. In my earlier orders placed with Swiggy either they will deliver wrong order, reduce food quantity,items will be missing from order. Instead of providing instant refund or reorder they always apologize.they never refund or reorder food.as a result most of the times I have slept without food.this is not just emotional and mental harassment but financial harassment also.I have lost so many money on this.I urge you to take stringent action on them so that they don't harass customers like me next time.Owing to such repeated mistakes and financial loss to me. I am working professional with monthly CTC greater than 1.5lakhs.I have spent some 3-4 days in the past chasing after them, continuously chatting with them for my refund amount but all in vain. These 3-4 days of mental torture amounts to
a loss of approx ₹20,000.
I demand ₹20,000 from them as damages done to me on emotional and mental front.Request you to take very strict action on them.if you need further details I can share my Swiggy chat with you as and when requested by you for this case.regards Prakash
