On Dated Wed, Jun 6, 2018 At 12:02 Pm In 1/107 Samiyapuramkootroad Village , Pattukonampatti Post , Pappireddipatti Tk , Dharumapuri Dt . After 01/03/2019 Fri, Mar 1, 2019 at 8:23 PM am Informed To Associate Of Vertex Customer Management India Pvt Ltd my registered G-Mail (panskroad@gmail.com ) and aiso other email id ( niteseva@gmail.com ) at 1 March 2019 at 02:08 am two e mail sent to flowing e mail id ramesh.kumar@altruistindia.com, Rajasekar.vasu@altruistindia.com, Smart Chennai _smart.chennai@altruistindia.com_, to address Change request sendet ,after Branch Location Running On 01/03/2019 In Aj Computers,5/10, Andiyambalam Complex, Dindigul Main Road, Natham , Dindigul District , Pincode 624401. NSDL Official web site also changed by new address, But Nsdl Audit staff Branch Verification Visited On 28-Mar-19 In My Old Address With Out Any Intimation lick phone call or e mail or sms or letter Nsdl Staff simply Coming In My Old Address And Putting Penalty And Branch Id Locked , So Kindly Help To This Matter And Kindly Release My Hold Payment And Penalty Amount ,So Kindly Help Me In My Branch Id . plz kindly see my attachment of proof of my address chance intimation of both g-mail and NSDL address changed proof and NSDL staff branch verification mail , sir kindly help to my NSDL PAN Branch id or kindly refund my NSDL Branch Registration fee or security deposit amount Rs.6500 and my branch account am last three time recharge amount and my account balance amount and my pan application share amount but not credit in my account 2400+621.37+100 amount Rs.3121.37 paid, Total - 9621.37 refund my amount .
