1 - Payment was collected by Mr. Utkarsh on 20 Feb for Rs. 25000 on a 1 year service for education
2 - Due to faulty payment link, the money was collected twice and not refunded till now - 10 days later
3 - No receipt or tax invoice was provided
4 - 10 days after payment, no services have been provided.
5 - despite calls asking to refund the money as no services are provided, they have refused to do so.
