No doubt Myntra.com is a wonderful website to shop and explore the trending fashion,but my recent experience with Myntra.com has been very pathetic and has created a lot of hassle to me ..I have tried contacting the customer support multiple times but instead of resolving the issue I get a response stating that it's not necessary that giving resolution means the same would be in your favour".the customer support team has been very impatient in handling my situation . I have ordered this product on Feb 23, 2020 and received the product on 24 Feb,2020 when I checked the product I had only received the plazzo pant and the dupatta the kurta was missing I filed a return request considering their hassle free return policy ,but unfortunately Myntra.com has let me down this time , the product valued around ₹3000 and now I get a response from Myntra.Com Binola Maneshr Gurgaon that the product was intact when it was dispatched from the warehouse ,now tell me guys is it my problem that I haven't received the product where can I go to ask for a solution , the customer care team of Myntra Online Shopping states that they have a cctv footage of the product being dispatched intact from the warehouse and they have done the necessary investigation from their end and after which they came to a conclusion that I wouldn't receive my refund and hence they have declined my request. This is really getting very complicated because I have spent my hard earned ₹3000 for this product and now I don't have the product nor am I getting my refund , whom should I go for asking for an explanation and resolution because the customer care team is really pathetic ..I have spoken to Vishal , Divya, Jayprakash , Vishal Kumar, and the floor supervisor sahil who was really very rude and very arrogant on call Divya disconnected the call without even addressing the issue and more surprisingly the manager Vishal Kumar too just disconnected without even giving a resolution...Very disappointed with the services of Myntra I have been placing order without any second thought with Myntra but now I will have to think twice before even recommending this website to someone #myntra #myntracustomersupport #myntrareturnrequestrejected #myntanotahasslefreeshoppingsite
