Complaint Details
I went with my Family to see the Movie Baagi-3 at 6:45pm in PVR Cinemas Lower Parel.
We had Pre-booked 2 Kids Combo Meals for my kids who are 3yr & 6yr respectively.
We were served the Combo in a Package where there was a Burger, Juice Bottle, Snack and a Toy.
Since the Juice was Chilled (Cold) my Wife refused to give the children at that point of time.
When we left after the movie and we're heading towards Car Park, I noticed the Manufacturing Date out of curiosity and found that Both the Juice Bottles were Expired.
When I went back to Complaint about it, the management was not present as it was 01pm and Person in Charge Mr Siddharth offered me to check.
I spoke with Aiysha (GM of Lower Parel PVR) and she offered me Complimentary Movie Tickets in exchange.

On March 8, 6:45pm they served us March 7 expiry Juice.
