I am a loyal customer of this shop from 20 years. I bought a lehenga from this shop. Within 8 days I called and requested to exchange this lehenga and I assured that i dont want any refund but I ll buy saree from their shop itself as that lehenga will go waste as my in laws said not to wear it due to some reason. I requested them because it wasn't a small amount. It was for 17k. Their owner doesn't have a sense how to talk. While purchasing they make sure that you buy by talking very sweetly but when it comes to exchange they show their true colors. He denied to exchange my lehenga and ended up conversation in a very bad way. In a conversation he mentioned by mistaken thatI have already exchanged my lehenga.(he has done exchange for Ms. Ashwini neverekar) That means they do exchange but now denying for some reason. I have recorded our conversation.
