I have surrendered the LIC policy- 925189885 on 15 Jan 2020 at LIC Vashi office. Till date this in not processed.
ICMS Complaint No: 1920104360.

SLA for this is 15 Days. Its more than a months time. I am not getting any satisfactory replies from LIC officials.
