I had opted for voucher of Rs 1499 from Zest money for booking tickets with Make my trip(MMT). The coupons were specifically to be used in MMT and not with any other vendor. However, the coupons were never used by me. I tried to do a transaction through MMT but never made any payment using the voucher. Instantly I had notified ZestMoney regarding the non-use and had shared the confirmation from MMT that voucher were not used and transaction was not successful.
Zestmoney is now unnecessarily harassing me and compelling me to pay the amount which I never used. They are threatening me to file FIR against me.
