I am a postpaid customer of Airtel Mobile services and I paid my bills regularly and constantly. But the network service which they providing to me and to other consumers,is worst as per my concern .They demand that they are the best service provider ever in mobile network services. But in results they are the most worst service provider ever. I lodge my complaint for the several times by their customer service department and always they replied me that their quality team is working on the issue. After informing more than a times still I haven't received any faithful result on my complaint.I feel they are doing fake promises to their customers for collecting their revenues. So it's my humble request to the forum that please lodge my complaint against of this Airtel mobile service provider for doing such kind of unfaithful and fake promises to their customers.
