Dear Sir/Madam,
I had received a call from Mr.Sumit(DSA) for Balance transfer. I have two personal loan from HDFC Bank & Rattan India Finance (1 year old loan), Pending amount was around 4, 00,000/- and EMI cuts around 11083/- for both loan. He gives me good offer to transfer both loan to IDFC first bank. Considering good offer I have requested him to proceed ahead for further procedure. On call I have requested Loan tenure for 48 months and I don’t want extra loan rather than Balance transfer amount (Approx. 4, 15,000/-).He agreed my request and started the procedure. After submitting application form he said customer need to signed agreement copy(Which is blank) with 5 Blank cheque as per procedure .Before agreement procedure I asked him how could I signed on blank agreement, Then he assure me its procedure and you need not worry without your approval we will not disbursed loan amount. Then I trust him and signed the agreement and give 5 blank cheque(Cheuqe no-000021 to 000025).
After 2 to 3 Days I got call from Momita from IDFC first bank stating that your loan has been sanctioned of Amt 4,80,000/- and EMI tenure would be 60 months. Then I discussed her its unfair and as per Sumit commitment it’s totally different you had mentioned. Then I asked her drop me an email mentioning loan details. Then I got email from her and she required my confirmation on that mail before disbursement of loan amount. Later Sumit try to convence me to agree on that and do not revert on mail till I confirm you (On call he admit that He made a mistake and He said to me I will speak with my senior to reduce the loan tenure).
Next day I haven’t received any call from sumit then I decided to revert on that mail. Considering false commitment I have replied “Do not process the loan request’’ .After few minutes I got reply that “It’s Already processed”. Then I am shocked asked them without my approval how could you proceed the request. Then I got reply stating that “You have already given ur concern when u have signed the agreement and its clearly mentioned on agreement that you agree to all terms and conditions laid down by Bank.”
It’s totally unfair by customer point of you, without customer approval how can they process the request. Then I got mail from IDFC bank “Your loan application number 0327825948 has been disbursed.
Here I am requesting you to I need justice on this as earliest and strict action should be taken against bank.
I have call recording with me as proof. Here I am attaching mail communication which was happened between Me and Bank.
