Complaint Details
I placed an order on their website www.mednear.com and ordered Prosure Powder Orange (box of 400 gm Powder)
Abbott Qty : 2 and order number was MNP144225, order date 06/03/2019. On 10th March I called them asking why the order is not delivered yet, a lady said the order is not in stock and dont know when the stock will be available and she cancelled the order stating I will receive my money in Paytm wallet within 7 to 10 working days. After calling them numerous time I haven't received my money yet. When I checked this company's reviews on google I found this is a scam and lot of people have same issue. I am attaching my order summary screenshot which was cancelled and also my paytm wallet screenshot in which the money is not reflecting yet.
