Complaint Details
That the vehicle Tata truck 1109/42 registration no.MH04GR5850 which was purchase on the 30.05.2016 from the Kamal motors, bhiwandi having warranty period of the engine 3 years but due to the sudden event happened when the Tata truck passing the Chhindwara ,district and nearest to Tata service Centre named s.k. automobiles which is located in Chhindwara. The engine of the truck 1109/42 which was within the warranty period stop working and the driver inform to his owner of truck that engine is not working as per conversation and discussion from the driver and inform by the owner that as Tata truck is under the warranty period visit the nearest place of Tata service Centre as the nearest place of the is S.K.Automobiles driver visit the place of the service Centre and inform the engineer of the service Centre that the engine stops working and the engineer of the service Centre after inspection of the truck informs that vehicle has to keep for the repairing of engine failure and information mailed to the truck owner that he has to pay a certain amount of Rs.160788.16 for the repair of engine failure. Knowing the fact that the Tata truck is under a warranty period the s.k automobiles charges the repairing of the engine failure.
