Complaint Details
As you can find in the attachments. I order a watch in white colour but received a black watch. Logged a complaint per merchants return policy. Called the number listed on the website but got no response till date. The payment was made through cash. Hence cannot dispute it with the bank. The merchant won't reply as the emails sent are bouncing back.
