would like to inform that my flight was cancelled due to the pandemic coronavirus,with pnr no :PRGVWB booking I'd :EMT69394032 flight was from ccu to dmk,raised a case I'd :41060640 status showing closed and it status that Air Asia has refunded from there end ...
And another flight with pnr no:P295NZ with booking I'd EMT69394611 the flight was from hkt to dmk to ccu, raised a case I'd : 41061641 status showing in process where the refund is still in process,had a word with Air Asia people they said they will soon refund the amount...
So hereby I request you to refund the full amount whatever has been deducted..
