MMT has cheated. Booked a holiday package for Ooty and Kodaikanal which was cancelled on 2nd day while in Ooty due to COVID-19. There isn’t any proper or immediate solution provided by MMT and hence booked a return ticket on my own.
There isn’t a refund or a proper response from MMT till now even after sending emails. Neither emergency team (Aman) nor relationship manager (Neha; Ph – 93******67) are responding to my calls.
