Complaint Details
I have received high electricity bill for month of march as tata company didn't have employee to record meter reading due to nation lock down, when i complaint they said once lock down is removed actual reading will be taken n bill will b regenerated. My question is during such hard time when difficult to manage daily needs, cant such big company pause the bill for a month n print once actual meter reading is taken. Ppl are supporting common man in their own way n such a big company cannot have patience for one month. If they want to give the bill take min amount what is the sense in giving high bill n later rectifying it..how can v arrange money in such hard time...u need to take this matter seriously
