Geyser Installed in the Bathrom though very Risky

First of all Mahanagr Gas Ltd should not have installed Geyser in the Bathroom since Resident shall start suffocation . However Mahanagr Gas had installed Geyser in the Bathroom. Geyser in Bathroom is risky is informed by Mahanagar Gas Ltd

Since Geyser was installed by Mahanagar Gas ,we requested either to shift geyser or change it to Electric operated Geyser.,at their cost since Geyser was installed in a Bathrom by Mahanager Gas
I am shocked to receice telephonic message today from Mahanagar Gas Ltd that ,I have to bear the cost if Geyser is to be made electrically operated, Why I should bear the cost when serious lapse was/is committed by Mahanagar Gas Ltd Please take up this issue with Mahanagar Gas Ltd,Mumbai.I n case any casualty take place ,Mahanagar Gas be made liable, accountable
