I made a booking via Make My Trip for Spain (Aeroflot Airlines) for April 15th' 2020. Due to epidemic we have reached out to make my trip for refund and Arijita Das (MMT Executive) asked us to provide written confirmation claiming that they have not received any circular from airlines for any refund. Whereas Aeroflot contacted us saying that they have refunded 100% amount to MMT. Still i reached out to Aeroflot for written confirmation asked by MMT but they clearly stated that there is no such thing called written confirmation that Aeroflot will provide as they already refunded all the amount. They also stated that Make my trip fooling customer by sending them again and again to Aeroflot when they will be the one who will give money back to passengers. Aeroflot is not liable to provide separate documents to each passenger as it is clearly mention on the website that due to epidemic flights will not operate and passenger can claim amount from their respective agencies they made booking from and they are also calling and informing each passenger that Aeroflot gave all money back to Make my trip and other agencies and still if MMT or any other agency asking for docs then we should lodge a complaint. As they're committing fraud and misleading passenger in order to avoid refund.
