Reference is made towards invoice no INV#000040100091180 dtd 14/03/2020 Rs.129.02. My debit card was swiped twice, money was deducted both times from my a/c but was not reflecting in McDonalds system. However, I had to pay the same by cash.
Attaching the following for your ready reference:
1.Tax Invoice ;
2.Transaction failure receipt; &
3.Bank statement as on date highlighting double swipe.
I was told I will get refund Rs.258.04 (129.02 + 129.02) within 48 hours but I haven't received anything yet.
I have raised this issue several times now with MCD and my bank, but no solution is arrived yet.
