I was suppose to travel from Mumbai to Bangalore on 16th April 2020 along with my 2 kids. However due to coronavirus the travel is not possible. The airline is now putting all ticket amounts as credit shell for travel during a future date anytime within a year. But my point is tat y shud the airline hold our money in credit shell? Wat if i dont want to travel by flight or on the same airline on a future date? This is harassment for our money during such a crucial time wen there is cash crunch for all. I would request for a complete refund of my amount along wit a penalty for mental trauma n harassment.
