I was suppose to travel from Mumbai to Bangalore on 16th April 2020 along with my 2 kids and return with my husband n kids from Bangalore to Mumbai on 1st May 2020. However due to coronavirus the travel is not possible. The airline is now putting all ticket amounts as credit shell for travel during a future date anytime within a year. But my point is tat y shud the airline hold our money in credit shell? Wat if i dont want to travel by flight or on the same airline on a future date? This is harassment for our money during such a crucial time wen there is cash crunch for all. I would request for a complete refund of my amount along wit a penalty for mental trauma n harassment.
