Hi, I had ordered 17 items on 29/03/20 and it was scheduled to be delivered on 31/03/20. Out of the 17 items they cancelled 8 items and didn't even bothered to refund my money back to my account.
When I asked them when will I get my refund back, they said that it would take 7-9 days to process the refund. Okay I waited for 9 days but still I got no response from my bank regarding my refund.
So I again asked them about the refund but still I got the same answer.
I know these are testing times but does it takes 14 days to refund a small order amount. This tells a lot about their business ethics.
I hope you will look into the matter and help me out with my refund, as I am not the only one who has issues with this company there are several other consumers who have the same issues
