Dear Team,
On 16th march had started business listing on just dial same day they deducted first ECS,then after Covid pandemic Lockdown in the country.On 27/03 had sent mail to JD that stop the contract and ECS due to no work and not able to go outside during lockdown and it will be extended more.But they never responded neither spoked and on 30/03 second ECS debited and today again on 17/04 third ECS debited.Finally as of now in 30 days thrice ECS they debited.They do not know the country is in lockdown we all are in home no work no money in such a case they debiting their ECS in improper manner.I want to take strict action on JD and my three ECS I want refund back which they have debited in a 30 days.
