Complaint Details
MakeMyTrip is taking undue advantage of their customers during the current COVID-19 situation. I have four international hotel bookings with them, all in highly infected coronavirus zones and I have been chasing them for the past 45 days relentlessly for getting back a refund as it is impossible to travel. Every time I am asked to wait for 48 hours, according to them 48 hours is more than 45 days. They are just hoarding money in this hour of need. Whereas, their competitors are returning money to users. It seems like they do not care about their business. I was told that I would not get any refund once and then on calling back I was told that the customer delight team is looking into the case and would provide a positive resolution to me. I am being treated like this after being a loyal customer for the past 7 years. I want my money of Rs.26000 to be returned to me.
