Respected sir / madam,

I would like to inform you that I had booked air ticket from Jeddah to Bombay on 6th March 2020 from EaseMyTrip and travel date was 07th March 2020 but due to corona-virus ( COVID-19 ) Jazeera airlines had cancelled the flight on my travel date ( 07th March 2020 ) that is why I could not travel in Jazeera airways.

My flight details are given below :

I have talked many times to Jazeera Airways to refund the amount but Jazeera Airways told me that we had already refunded SAR 576.60 ( Rs.10569/- ) to your travel agent EaseMyTrip on 7th March 2020 with refund reference no : 63393059 . But after more then one months from refunded date by Jazeera to EaseMyTrip, I haven't received any refund amount from EaseMyTrip until now in my original payment mode.

In conclusion, I have attached e-Ticket with cancellation of my flight from the Airline with refund screen shot and refund email from Jazeera in this email for your better information. I humble request you please refund Rs.10569/- as soon as possible in my original payment mode.
