Complaint Details
Since March 2020 we were discussing with Supertech limited office to provide Power back up facility in our flat. Whereas Supertech limited office exchanged various emails on subject matter. Whereas with re confirmation on price towards per KVA and re confirmation on discounts supertech limited office always informed that no such offers are in pipe line. Looking forward towards such Big company and expected professionalism paid Rs. 47,200 +GST towards 2 KVA Load on 13th April.
With to my surprise which was never expected Supertech limited announced the discounted price on 20th April 2020.
It was not planned in one week and very clearly visible a wrong intention of society office to mint the hard earned money.
Same 2 KVA Load priced at Rs. 35,400 with GST.
For same I have been charged extra Rs.11,800

Approached Society office immediately with justification but in Vain.
Considering the fact please ensure justice and provide excess payment refund.
